  • Self-awareness, self-advocacy, and self-compassion

  • Navigating school, university, and the workplace

  • Managing the emotional impact of ADHD, Autism, or other ND profiles

  • Building practical routines and systems that actually stick

PARENT COACHING

Parent coaching can help you:

  • Understand your child's neurodivergent profile and what it means day-to-day

  • Navigate school challenges, assessments, and advocacy

  • Manage the emotional load of parenting a neurodivergent child

  • Strengthen your relationship with your child

  • Align with your co-parent or partner on approaches and boundaries

  • Care for yourself - not just your child

COACHING CIRCLES

A small-group coaching online programme specifically for adults with ADHD. I run all-women or all-men sessions.

The Coaching Circle creates a supportive, confidential space where you can connect with other ADHD women, share experiences, and work on strategies together - with my facilitation and guidance throughout.

Dates for the next Coaching Circle are being confirmed - get in touch to be added to the waiting list

COUPLES & FAMILY COACHING

Neurodiversity affects whole families, not just individuals. These sessions support relationship systems - couples, parents, or families - where ADHD, neurodiversity, or executive-function challenges are affecting communication, routines, or emotional connection.

The goal isn't to assign blame or mediate conflict. It's to increase understanding, empathy, and shared strategies - so everyone in the family can feel seen, supported, and less alone in what they're navigating.

Parent coaching within this context focuses on developing executive-function and self-regulation tools for both parent and child, while building better structure, empathy, and co-regulation strategies at home.

A note on confidentiality:

In couples, family, and parent coaching, confidentiality applies to the group as a whole. I encourage open communication and will not hold private information from one member that could compromise transparency or trust within the shared process.

SCHOOL & BUSINESS CONSULTING - NeuroInclusion

I work with schools and businesses to create more inclusive, neuro-affirming environments for students and employees. Services include:

  • Staff training and awareness workshops

  • Policy and practice review

  • Practical recommendations for supporting ND individuals
