I provide neurodiversity coaching for every journey.

Affirming uniqueness. Embracing difference. Neurodiversity coaching for teens, adults, and parents - so you can stop surviving and start thriving.

Hi, I'm Suna Hall - Neurodiversity Coach, NeuroInclusion Consultant, and proudly neurodivergent myself.

I work with neurodivergent teens, adults, and parents of younger kids who are navigating a world that wasn't always designed with their brains in mind. Together, we build practical strategies, meaningful self-awareness, and personalised systems that honour exactly how you're wired - whether you're managing school, work, relationships, or everyday life.

I opened my coaching practice in 2022, but my journey with neurodiversity started long before that. As someone diagnosed with Dyslexia and Auditory Processing differences as a teen - and ADHD in my mid-thirties - I bring both professional expertise and real, lived experience to every coaching relationship.

What is neurodiversity?

Neurodiversity refers to the natural variation in how human brains work. Neurodivergent (ND) people include those with:

  • ADHD

  • Autism (ASD)

  • Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia & Dyspraxia

  • Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD)

  • Auditory Processing Disorder (APD)

  • Tourette's Syndrome

  • Giftedness & Twice Exceptionality (2E)

  • PDA - Pathological Demand Avoidance / Pervasive Drive for Autonomy

  • And more

Being neurodivergent isn't a flaw. It's a different way of experiencing and engaging with the world - and with the right support, it can be a genuine source of strength.

Why work with a Neurodiversity Coach?

How can ND individuals not just survive - but THRIVE in a neurotypical world?

Neurodiversity coaching is strengths-based, collaborative, and future-focused. It's not therapy, and it's not about fixing you. It's about understanding your unique wiring, removing barriers, and building a life that works for your brain - not against it.

Through coaching, you'll develop:

  • Practical tools and systems tailored to your specific needs

  • Greater self-awareness and self-compassion

  • Strategies for executive function challenges - organisation, time management, focus, and follow-through

  • Confidence to navigate school, work, and relationships on your own terms
